ABOUT YOUR REF # AND PIN #_
 

In order to register for U6/U7 training classes, or request U6/U7 game assignments in R85 you must have a R85 Ref # and Pin #.

You will initially be issued a temporary Ref # (> 7000) which will allow you to register for classes and update your personal information, e.g. email address, Pin #, etc., but will not allow you to signup for games.

When you are certified as a referee you will be issued a permanent Ref #.  If you no longer wish to referee in R85 you can make yourself inactive, or permanently delete your Ref #.

If you need a Ref #, click on Ref # Request on the Referee Page, and follow the instructions.

How to find your Ref #

Go to the Referee Page, click on Referee List in the left hand column, and look for your name in the directory. Make sure that you select all in each of the selection categories.

If you are not listed you do not have a current Ref #.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PIN #_
 

Go to the Referee Page and click Login at the top of the page. Enter Ref # - ?, e.g. 1000 -1234. (dash is required)

Your Pin # will be emailed to your primary email address immediately. If you do not receive it within the next few minutes you either have not provided a correct primary email address, or you have sent it to your work email address.

If you do not receive your Pin # within 5 minutes click on Request Assistance at the bottom of the Login page and send an email requesting your Pin #. This request must be handled manually and it may take up to 24 hrs.

You may also contact ARRA@ayso85.org and ask him or her to send it to you.

HOW TO LOGIN AS A REFEREE
 

Obtain your Ref # and Pin # and then go to either the Home Page or the Referee Page.

Click on either Log In or Log Out in the upper left hand area of the page until the Login Page appears.

Enter your password as Ref # - Pin #. (dash is required)

HOW TO SIGNUP FOR GAMES
 

Login using your Ref # and Pin #.

Go to the Referee Page and click on Ref Signups in the left hand column. If you are on the Schedules page you can click on Ref Scheduling near the bottom of the page.

Make sure that your Ref # appears in the appropriate box. If it doesn’t, enter it there.

Select the field or division for which you wish to request games, and then click on the Request Games button.

Check the boxes in the games you want to referee and then click the Request Games button at the top of the page. An email will be sent to the appropriate referee coordinator(s) making your requests.

When your request has been approved your name will appear in the information box for that game. If for some reason your request cannot be honored the referee coordinator will notify you asap.

Follow the same steps you did above to reach the Ref Scheduling page and click on the Ref Schedule button.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
 

Login and go to the Referee List. Click on Edit your personal information at the top of the page. Edit the information and click on the Update button.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS
 

Login. and go to the Referee Page. Click on Register under Referee Training in the left hand column. Click on register next to the class you wish to attend.

HOW TO DROP OR CHANGE CLASSES
 

To drop a class: Login, go to the Referee Page, click on Register under Referee Training in the left hand column, click on delete next to the class near the top of the page.

To change classes you must drop your current class and register for the other class.
